"Customer service was great, breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable with a nice view. Unfortunately parking was a little hectic , on two occasions when we got back to Hotel , lot was full!we guided us to a second lot, but it was stressful. "The hotel is run down, they have only one elevator out of three working so it takes forever to get out of the higher levels, the shower only had one sliding door,so there was water all over the floor after a shower, the ac unit barely work and sounded a loud alarm around 3 am in the morning, the carpet can use some cleaning, overall not a good experience."
