"Very nice place with good food"

"Great"

"Nice hotel."

"It’s a massive hotel in a fabulous location close to great tourist attractions. Breakfast was great, mostly . The problem I faced was while booking my airport pickup. The guest service executive answering my call promised to call back after speaking with the hotel cab service. She never did my booking and simply forgot. That was a shocker!"

"The best service"

"Booking through Expedia, I did NOT get any Hilton Reward points !!!!! That is not what I expected."

"The property was not in the best of conditions the room has a musky smell like dampness. The room looked dated and was not cleaned to a good standard. Overall we were disappointed with our stay. Would not recommend to a family member. It is a very busy area with road works going on outside with heavy materials being moved around at night."

"Food was not so good, cleanliness in rooms and way to rooms not so good outside of the rooms was maintained well…staff service was not so good and quick"

"I had a wonderful 9-day stay at Uday Palace, Navsari. The front desk team — Harshita, Prakriti, and Rishita — were incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel right at home throughout my stay. A special mention to Mr. Pintu from housekeeping on the third floor for keeping everything spotless with great attention to detail. Excellent service all around — highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"This was an exceptional Marriott hotel experience during my stay for 11 nights - my room was fresh and clean; the staff was incredibly customer focused (Hitesh in particular was a standout); and the breakfast buffet is not to be missed with a comprehensive array of very tasty international cuisine choices. The gym was very well equipped with a good variety of machines and free weights. Marriott Surat is doing it right!!"
