"First, the pictures on expedia or even the hotels website did not do this place justice. This is a gorgeous hotel with lots to do and see. We were checked in by "Lucky" who spoke really great english. He spent about an hour with us checking us in, walking us to our rooms, showing us everything in our rooms and helping with luggage. "We had a great time. Staff and location are brilliant. Breakfast buffet is really good with large Japanese food and western food section. The SPA is great and clean, but the rooms are very old and outdated, definitely time for an update. "

"The person at the front desk spoke English very well. This was one of the most unique (in a good way) properties that I stayed at. The room was spotless, and in the traitional Japanese style. It was very large and had a mini SNES with large TV. The window blinds were of the traditional so I woke up early.
There is a game room with some retro games as well as a massage chair.
