"Very nice staff ,we love it ,the only problem is that hotel is one hour far from the city of Seoul"

"The hotel is impressive in many ways, but its location and the persistent train noise were well outside my comfort zone. If you’re sensitive to sound, it may be worth reconsidering before booking."

"Great stay. I wish there was a coffee machine in room. Everything else was extraordinary. Great team that goes beyond to support us."

"It was an enjoyable stay with a well kept sauna , staff was friendly and helpful, though there was some language barrier (need to use google translate to communicate). Lockers were insufficient in the sauna as mostly are locked(not sure why even though there was only 1-2 people inside). Could also improve on the flexibility of providing cleaning service (no need mention everyday need cleaning, make it an everyday cleaning exempt which day no need). Meals wise, healthy breakfast, more options...

"Its an overall excellent property. Great staff too. Just the breakfast options should be rotated every day. I was here fro 3 days and exact same B'fast for three days. Otherwise its an excellent stay option."

"직원들의 밝고 편안한 환대에 너무 기분이 좋았고 조식 식사식당도 깔끔하고 뷔페도 맛있었습니다. 높고 밝은 로비도 좋았습니다. 가성비 호캉스로 또 방문하고 싶습니다."

"It is a nice hotel for a relaxing family stay. The facilities and amenities are well equipped, and everything is convenient to use. However, the staff members do not seem to be as thoroughly trained as you would expect at a luxury hotel. The service does not feel particularly polished or well standardized, and there seems to be a lack of clear guidelines for how staff should communicate with and respond to guests. Overall, the level of professionalism in guest service could be improved."

"This is an excellent property with great AC. While other hotels restrict their AC during certain periods, this hotel is not one of them. Highly recommend this property for location, comfort and amenities."
