It's a fabulous place. Beautiful rooms and the pool is fantastic. Breakfast was lovely, a bit fiddly with the coffee machine but no complaints. I was disappointed having arrived at 8.30pm that the 'all day dining' wasn't available. There wasn't any indication of the closing time on the website for evening meal. Had I known I would have eaten on the way. So perhaps make that clear on any booking in future.

The ambience and the rooms of the property was amazing, with great food and good service. A definite must visit in Unawatuna!

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and they loved this hotel. Short 5 min walk to Ahungalla Beach. ~ 15 min tuk tuk ride to Galle Fort. ~ 10 min tuk tuk ride to a sea turtle hatchery. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and my kids (age 10, 9, 7 and 5) loved the pool and watching the monkeys jump by through the trees overhead. The food was great and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

The staff was expecting us on arrival and greeted us by name, and the personal service continued until the moment we left. With only seven rooms, this is probably the most personalized service you will receive at any hotel, anywhere. The rooms are HUGE with uninterrupted views of the ocean. The common areas of the hotel also offer expansive views of the sea from every angle. Hotel is very nice, rooms are big and clean, and breakfast is delicious. Very quiet perfect for couples. If you looking to surf Infront of the hotels and more dining options around you, this spot will not fit.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? From the time you enter the massive fortress doors, you are ushered into paradise. The staff is top notch--nothing is too small or overlooked. The rooms are massive and I'd recommend an ocean view room at the very least. Waking up to the ocean from your double glass French doors is spectacular. Great vacation spot close to the beach! Turtles often come right up in front of the property, and Talpe Natural Pool Beach is just a short walk away. It’s a perfect place for a family getaway. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We truly felt at home during our stay. Highly recommended!

This most comfortable and cleaned hotel we stayed through out our trip in Srinlanka. Room were super clean and comfortable. Staff the owner her wife and two other person were extremely helpful and positive. I recommend this Hotel whenever you are in UNAWATUNA>.

Let me start we arrived at the hotel staff was super friendly right from the beginning. As we we’re walking to see our room we went towards the water to find out no beach since we are beach people my wife started to lose it I said let’s see the room first as she is telling Me I am not staying here . We go up to the room it was beautiful and comfortable! Well she opens cabinets where tv is supposed to be no tv boy she wanted to murder me . I said let’s spend the night and we will talk about it ....
