"We just spent our 25th anniversary week at The Palms and had a great time. The resort is stunning and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The treehouses are so adorable and clean. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows weren’t the best, but nothing is like my own pillow! Housekeeping did a great job everyday cleaning and restocking towels and our mini fridge. The food was always good, breakfast was the best meal everyday. Dinner became very redundant for 7 days. We did thoroughly enjoy our special dinner at the Lotus Leaf, it was delicious. We got the couples massage and it was so wonderful and relaxing. There are kitties all over the resort and we loved seeing them everywhere. I will definitely recommend this resort to anyone heading to Jamaica!"

"Grate place to stay. Beautiful beach! It was the best spot in the entire area. Felt safe and secure on the property. Staff was great. Service and food were great. Facility is still recovering from hurricane from last year so there are site repairs happening throughout. Would highly recommend going. Remember to go have a cup of the Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee each morning. It is near the front entrance where the ice cream is at."

"My stay at Princess Grand Jamaica was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful grounds, spacious layout, and warm hospitality of the staff. The property is immaculate, and every area reflects pride and attention to detail. A special thank you to Michael, who assisted with my luggage upon arrival. His professionalism, kindness, and wonderful personality earned him the nickname “Archangel Michael,” our running joke throughout the stay. I would also like to recognize Raniel for coordinating my airport transportation and Gregory, our driver, who was courteous, professional, punctual, and made our ride to the airport especially pleasant. The pools were clean and inviting, and the swim-out pool was a highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed the poolside activities, the White Party, and the Foam Party. Housekeeping was excellent, especially April, who ensured our room remained spotless and comfortable. The food was excellent. Fusion was one of our favorite dining experiences. Chevette, Rachel, and Manager O’Donnell provided outstanding service and were extremely accommodating. Although room service occasionally delivered incorrect items, the food was so delicious that it hardly diminished our experience. My only suggestions would be to improve access to the beach, as the rocky shoreline makes entering the water difficult, and to add another staff member at the poolside grill during busy periods to reduce wait times. Overall, Princess Grand Jamaica GREAT!"

"The hotel is nice but it’s not so luxurious! Something about the room looked dated the furniture was cheap. There was no wow factor. The lobby is nice and the food was great. We had a relaxing spa session. Kayla at the front desk is a jewel. The drinks were delicious and strong! All the staff were terrific and just so pleasant and attentive. We will return!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our visit. What stood out most was the outstanding customer service and attention to detail. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived until the day we left."

"I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel last minute on Expedia for a really great bundled deal. I cannot stop talking about this hotel, definitely one of the best I have been to. I did a solo trip, and it was perfect! Not too crowded, the layout was thoughtful, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. I will definitely make this an annual R&R visit. Can't wait for the casino to open!"
