"A rather simple hotel, but it was spotless. The bed was reasonably comfortable, hotel staff were INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful, and the shuttle to the airport was free and easy. Hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and drinking water were provided, but no conditioner or coffee/tea. I tried the restaurant for dinner one night and honestly hated it (expensive, unseasoned, and was served partially cold), but the breakfast was pretty solid. "The beds were very comfortable! Rare in Costa Rica! Pool area was beautiful. Staff were nice. Shower was great. Nice patio with a view of the pool. The hotel took forever to get to in the insane congested rush hour traffic! Try to come mid day! Had a few ants in the bed. And the floor was quite dirty. 1 minute in white socks and they were filthy. Could hear the traffic as we were on the road side of the hotel, I’d ask for an inner room for sure. Overall I’d come again, but in a different room. "
