The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. Every corner of the hotel was spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast was a real highlight - plentiful, delicious, and full of variety. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return."

"Super place to stay. This is the first time we have toured the Austrian Alps and this hotel was a great choice. As it was 'off' season, ie not winter as it's a ski resort. everything was all inclusive, food, alcohol etc. Spa was quite good but we only used the pool, which is heated and has an outdoor section. Food was very good, excellent selection, wide range of choice, and fresh. Hotel overall, although quite a big hotel, it is very well kept and clean."
