"Only downside was actually trying to find the place. After 3 attempts using satnav we resorted to asking the locals & eventually asking 4 ladies who were actually the hotel cleaning staff on a ciggy break. Parking outside was a nightmare, but managed to stop for a couple of minutes so we could get our luggage into reception where we were helped by a fabulous young receptionist called Leah who gave us all the info we need to park in an adjacent multi story which brought you out approximately 20...

"Nice place & great location. Used for a work trip. Food was good & room was spacious & clean. The only down side was on arrival. I stood waiting for a drink & was acknowledged by 3 members of staff whilst waiting who turned their heads away from me. I waited a good few minutes before asking for assistance.
