The services have alway been good, they accommodate my physical needs and give me the same room (close to the elevator) in each of my visit. I was once in a rush and was not nice to the front desk staff, she managed to be patient and stayed composed. I appreciate every one of their staff. "

They were able to locate the driver and had my phone in hand in less than 20 minutes. Also got my room ready at 8:30 am. They went above and beyond. This is the only hotel I will stay in when coming to Hong Kong."
