"Myself and a college stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. As soon as we checked in we realised we had not been provided with any towels We requested towels each day, several times a day. Dispite our efforts for the full 3 days no towels were provided. I have been working here in Budapest for 6 months now and never have I experienced such poor service in all my time here."

"Lovely location. Didn’t like the small towels provided-take your own. Booked 2 bedroom apartment & it stated there would be a balcony- door opened onto a tiny square space only one person could stand on. Oven but no oven tray or oven gloves so not able to use. Easy access to public transport links or taxis. Property a bit dated. "

"Chambre correcte mais meubles un peu vieux. Petit déjeuner correct bon dîner le soir dans le resto de l'hotel. Belle promenade dans la Puszta le lendemain grâce aux calèches près de l'hotel, il faut aller directement aux colèches sans passer par l'hotel qui se prend alors une petit marge ..."

10/10 Excellent

"Stayed for four nights and was very nice. The hotel is very close to Metro line 2. The bathroom was mostly clean, found a few strands of long hair on the floor and towels (I have short hair). The bed was pretty comfortable. The fridge and plates provided were very convenient. Did not choose to eat breakfast as 10/12 euros was a but much for me."
