Very peaceful

The room was spacious, clean, variety of firmness of pillows to choose from, pool with optional current and saunas! Amazing breakfast buffet that kept us going all day. Yoga mat for the room, and much more. Felt pampered and loved our stay !! Highly recommend it- TY 🙏💟

Very relaxing and quiet area.

Having stayed at other 5 star hotels in Budapest, this is the only one I can say is truly 5 stars. The people working here offer the best service. And having the private terrace at the New York Cafe in the lobby is incredible. Great place.

A beautiful former mansion/castle. Well-appointed & comfortable. Easy to communicate with staff in English. We will certainly return for a longer stay.

Quaint, peaceful location on the Buda side of town. This hotel is probably better suited for families or retirees due to its distance away from the night life of the Pest side of town. The staff were friendly and helpful with siteseeing activities. The room amenities were nice, including the small mini bar selection. The handy complimentary smart phone was a nice plus for travelers in need, though i didn't need it. It was nice they made it available. Breakfast was tasty, especially the poached...

Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Reception staff were wonderful but many of the staff in restaurant lounge and buffet were rude and short; almost annoyed you were bothering them. Stayed there before; probably will choose another location bcuz of the restaurant lounge evening staff. Breakfast and lunch buffet were very good but dinner buffet was not. Spa is fair. Nothing spectacular. Only one pool available due to construction. Had two Thai massages. The first was amazing with Anna. The...

Nice hotel.

Wonderful time with my family and friends!

I was very satisfied with the helpful intelligent desk people, Andrea, Gandor and others; very well informed and assisted visitors with sightseeing, etc., perhaps too well since it is time consuming the small hotel does have a small elevator convenient to use, the breakfast room was well run, nice small closing and other breakfast treats, not overly sickening sweet as the unfortunate American hotels serve, nice selection of juice, even champagne, especially enjoyed the coffee machine...

all was good. staff was helpful. Great spa. Restaurant was awesome

Excellent staff, delicious breakfast, nice view. Building needs remodeling, modernization.

Everything was very nice.

Central Tatabanya if there is any center of the city. Great restaurant nearby. Good breakfast came with the room.

Overall a great all inclusive hotel to stay at, most of the staff was really polite and well trained, sadly the same cannot be said about most servers at the main diningroom. They didn't seem to care much about the guests, no kindness at all from their side, they barely even greeted us. Some other negative points: 1)No small pillows were provided in the room, and when we realized it before bed time, we didn't feel like walking down to the front desk to ask for them. 2)There's no inside lock on...
