"Great location and nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff."

"Very slowe elevators. Had to wait 20minutes at times. Even when one would arrive it was packed full with no space. No streaming services. Only cable. Also poor air circulation in rooms. Also if you plan on staying till check out ne prepared to have your room knocked on multiple times. We have been there twice. First experience was good but this 2nd one certainly ruined it for us. Take your $$ elsewhere."

"Lobby area is beautiful but our room in buckingham side was terrible. Peeling paint, stairs with dirty ripped up carpeting, ice machines not working, elevator extremely slow. Our air conditioner was so loud you could hear it down the hallway! Luckily the windows opened as we couldn’t sleep with the noise of the air conditioner at night. The staff were helpful with obtaining ice and were very friendly."

"It had been awhile since we’d stayed at a Hilton. Immediately upon walking in the front door we knew it had been too long. Beautiful place. Excellent staff in all areas. Food was superb. We’ll certainly be back."

"Great staff"

"Great place, clean."

"Great hotel in a great location, perfect starting point for walking nearly everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were friendly and helpful when we checked in. Rooms were large and clean."

"Clean room"

"i enjoy my stay here"

"A microwave, larger refrigerators and maybe a few ice machines would be awesome idea"

"To much noise from street, sirens constantly blearing."

"The only thing I can say positive it’s the location of the hotel. Breakfast terrible and the person in charge is not the right person to be given that kind of service. It’s not a service person. In general the staff is not in good mood to be in the hospitality sector. The property also is not in well condition."

"The only thing decent was the girl"

"Great spot because you are right downtown, you can walk just about anywhere. Nice breakfast food place next door very affordable. Rooms definitely have that old feeling to it, window units for a/c, no mini fridge, tvs don’t have Netflix just satellite channels. But overall I was very pleased"
