"The only criticism we had was a lack of porters who could handle luggage for a disabled or single individual. No porters along with disappearing carts that were difficult to find when needed. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay."

"The hotel is in the middle of a busy shopping area near the mall.. not that I was there to shop. I needed a comfortable room to rest overnight from a long drive. Thanks to Expedia I got a great rate for a nice room for the night. The room was basic, but modern, clean, quiet. My only criticism is of the breakfast the eggs looked like white hockey pucks with a yellow center... not appealing at all. Need to switch to scrambled or something else.. Overall the stay was excellent."

"Last minute reservation when the (awful, filthy) hotel we had originally booked “couldn’t find” our reservation information from hotels.com. We were there to see the eclipse and almost everything was booked. Got lucky to find this hotel. Best Western in Edinburg checked us in quickly, problem-free, and with a smile. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the area was convenient. I would recommend. "
