Great affordable place for a solo traveller!

Great hotel. Convenient - just off motorway. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Wish they had an electric car charging station.

We arrived early and I asked the front desk person if they could hold our luggage. To our shock, she checked us in early and we were able to go to our room. The hotel is convenient to the train station, shopping, and there is a theatre across the street. We opted to eat in the hotel restaurant and the food, drink, and service was all exceptional. The only thing odd was the type of soap/shampoo in the shower, but I always travel with my own toiletries, so it wasn't a big deal. I would...

Food great, advertised 24 hr room service that did not exist. Short on staff the whole stay. However restaurant very helpful on providing trays etc for u to go get your food. Id still recommend staying there the location for the price cant be beat

Scott , George and the staff were always kind and made all guests feel welcome. The head manager was very helpful when I needed it and this will always be my favorite Westend Hotel. Could use a more mushy pillow, but the firm beds were great.

Rooms are small and clean. Bathrooms are shared and nearby. Plenty of people hanging out in the lobby/common space made it feel like a hotel-hostel combo. We really enjoyed it!
