The owners are very nice and helpful. We had the best breakfast during our staying in Turkey. We can see that the owner paid a great deal to details on everything inside of the room. We love it!

We had a wonderful experience! The room and the rest of the common areas are very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Our host is a graceful and charming lady that made our experience completely perfect, we love talking to her about the history of Alacati. Her son was very helpful with our luggage and he recommended very good restaurants. This is a family owned hotel that made us feel very welcome. The hotel has amazing location and views. The staff is very friendly. They gave us free upgrades. Thermal pool, spa and sport facilities are top notch. Breakfast is excellent. This is one of the best hotels in Izmir.

Absolutely beautiful view.In October the pool and the restoran are closed but still very comfortable, modern place.The view is unbelievable good.I wish they had a bit more kitchen supplies

This place is excellent. It is quiet, comfortable, extremely clean, give you a sense of exclusivity and privilege. Hotel staff couldn’t be any more helpful and professional. Our room spills into the pool and we had a fantastic breakfast right in front of our room by the pool. The pool is amazing and surrounded by a natural landscaping with olive, palm and banana leaf trees overlooking mountains. I decided to come back and there was a great improvement in room quality...especially with the updated the bathrooms. This is one of the oldest hotels with very nice staff and rooms with wonderful, spacious balconies!

Mandalin Glamping was memorable for us, the staff & service was top, they received us and treated us like family. We absolutely recommend to stay at this family owned hotel. The breakfast and dinner were so tasty, delicious!
