"The hotel is in a great location very close to the harbour, cafes etc and right on the beach which is clean and has security. Our room was clean and spacious with a great view of the sea and the castle. No fridge which would be good for fruit, water etc. We only ate breakfast in the hotel which was OK but with a huge amount of cake and sweet things but no fruit. The problem for us was the unbelievably loud entertainment every night. It went on until 11 or 12 each night and was so loud it was...

"The property is getting very tired and in need of renovation and replacement of fixtures/fittings etc. Situ of property is excellent and no issues with staff. I arrived not knowing there wasn’t a lift at the property and I’m am on crutches. Our room was changed within 10 minutes to a ground floor upgraded room at no extra charge. Lovely breakfast on the beach and the restaurant used for hotel customers was excellent. "
