"Undergoing renovations. Entire hotel is affected. Dusty, fire alarms kept going off for long periods. Water pressure was low. All the beautiful plants and foliage have been removed. Fountain not working. Those are the things we look forward to from Embassy hotels. Check in staff very kind."

"This property is at the end of its lifetime that’s for sure. It needs a complete upgrade. Stayed in the exact same hotel in Rochester Hills MI literally the night before. Night and day difference. Bed and pillows were awful, bathroom was dirty, still had q-tips in the trash and hair in the shower. Bathtub didn’t drain properly, so you’re standing in water ankle deep for your whole shower. And PLEASE take the coffee maker out of the bathroom. I’ve heard way too many gross stories to ever actually use one, but having it that close to a toilet is disgusting. "

"Convenient location kinda sketchy at night in the back wish some of the rooms on the front were available seems like they were renovating some areas great service for check in and out can’t remember her name but she was absolutely amazing!"

"Nice hotel in convenient location. Easy parking. Staff was friendly and bar looked nice. Room was very large with lots of space. Quick trip with my daughter and this was perfect spot to visit University of Kentucky. Would recommend "
