The staff are extremely friendly and helpful to show us how to get to the porcelain museum and shopping area. We didn’t expected free breakfast and the breakfast had a lot of varieties. Washing machine and dryer are also free. Nice and clean hotel. Strongly recommend. "

"The hotel is kind of old. Need renovations. The front desk personnel is not helpful. They are not willing to help. When we check out early in the morning we asked them to help us to get a couple of taxis they said they can’t. I’ve never heard of any hotels can’t help their customers getting a taxi. Very bad customer service. "
