"所有工作人員服務都很好，從前台，禮賓部到餐廳等等，包括溫泉的都是服務得很好 但是很多地方在維修，而且是非常大面積的， 還有泳池沒有開放 ，知道八月份沒有開放泳池真的有理說不清， 行政酒廊有沒有開放， 然後賣四千元一間套房， 真的很不值得，如果不是價格的話，設備又配不上這個價錢， 其他都很好的"
