"Amazing location for skiing. Very comfortable hotel to stay in, huge rooms and fantastic views. Breakfast is great but all other hospitality areas lack atmosphere and quality service. Check in is long and complicated. Definitely not the high standard of experience expected at a normal Hyatt."

Classic domestic hotel: looks good from a distance but rooms too hot and too dry, no way to control heating, fixtures and fittings falling apart, horrible smells coming from the plumbing, poor cleanliness, offensively bad coffee etc. Honestly, I suspect it’s no better or worse than the neighbouring hotels, just giving an honest review from a European perspective. Staff were very friendly though, and it’s very close to the ski area. Good restaurants...
