"Wir haben eine Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht, um am nächsten Tag von dort in den KTP zu fahren. Die Grenze zu Südafrika ist nur 15 km entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Als Pärchen bekamen wir ein großzügiges Familienzimmer, welches sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Das vorab gebuchte Dinner war das beste, was wir während unserer 16-tägigen Reise gegessen haben. Lovely lodge in good transit position

"Having worried that I should have stayed in Luderitz, when I visited that town, I was seriously glad that we had opted for Klein-Aus Vista. Lodge is very pleasant and our cottage was comfortable and well appointed. Food and service were excellent - I had a fabulous kudu steak. "

"A stunning location. Amazing view from a rustic chalet. Highly recommended. Bring your own food if you can. You can cook and even make a bbq at the chalet. We were at The Wall. We loved the yard at with Adirondack chairs at the back of the rock; well protected from the wind by rocks with a great view on the Mount. We highly appreciated the setup of the dining table in the chalet. Bathroom is a bit basic. Remember it’s rustic rather than luxurious."

Beautiful

"A gracious lodge in a spectacular setting. We were welcomed warmly and helped to take our cases to our lodge. The lodge was smallish and basic but in a lovely spot surrounded by wildlife. Food was excellent, and we loved afternoon snacks on the terrace. The pool was beautifully sited and quiet. Darius led a very enjoyable and informative sundowner walk. Only a tiny criticism - the service in the restaurant was sometimes very slow. Overall our stay was a delight."

Great place to stay close to the canyon

"Quirky, delightful motel in the middle of nowhere but able to provide nearly all modern comforts. Only thing missing was a tv in the room but I didn't miss it. Restaurant was excellent. Beds were very hard. Good hot shower. Having visited Ai Ais, I was very glad we were staying at the Roadhouse."
