"The Lodge is situated on the edge of the canyon with spectacular views. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a nice big shower, however, the shower head fixture had been fixed with a finger plaster and was shooting water out in all directions. The food is ok, not great, and I would have expected a higher quality at a lodge in this price range."

"I had camped at the Desert Horse Inn campground on a visit to Namibia in 2005. It was an enjoyable experience. Passing through again in 2024, I was curious to see what the villas were like. Ours was clean, reasonably spacious and comfortable. Dinner was in the main building. It was a cold night and the restaurant was full of Germans.
