Newly opened in June 2016, the hotel still has the energy and excitement of Day 1. Rooms are spacious, well lit and cozy. The lobby bar is swanky and romantic (live Paino) and the 20th Floor bar and balcony offer great views while unwinding. But Four Seasons is all about service and you will not be disappointed. If you're deciding on this hotel versus Raffles, then Four Seasons wins. Those are the only hotels I've stayed in at Jakarta.

Upon entering the hotel drive you're greeting by security which is thorough but not obtrusive. The lobby is on the 21st floor as well is the lounge. There is a another lounge/restaurant on the 8th floor. Pool and fitness center on 8th floor. The 21st floor lounge offers 5 different meals a day that are inclusive of your rate. The Darmawangsa stays the same when all around it is constantly changing and that’s a great thing. It has maintained its old world charm. Leave it at that.

I spent an amazing 10 days at this hotel. I had never been to Jakarta, so everything was a new experience. But having been to other Ritz-Carlton properties, I was not disappointed in the hotel's high-end comfort. The staff helped me arrange all of my tours - which were awesome! The location is great! I can't wait to go back later this year!

Excellent staff, outstanding service and great food.

The room was a bit smaller than I had hoped for, but other than the size of the room, the room was clean, comfortable and had ease of access to public transportation and a shopping mall across the street that had many great restaurants to choose from.

Amazing design. Outstanding hospitality and service. Great neighborhood, would not hesitate to stay at Nagomi again.
