"Easy stay for a stop over to see family on our way to SPI. AC blew cold and kept the humidity out! Our room had quite a bit of mold in the bathroom and the shower/tub fixtures were very poorly maintained. TV didn’t work in the room. Only a 2 night stay so we didn’t bother with letting them send up anyone from maintenance."

"The rooms were very clean. I need an extra towel and the cleaning Lady reported it right away, and problem solved."

"Bugs in the restroom, dingy floorboards, refrigerator was not cold enough. Mattress was uncomfortable, you could hear the springs. Pillows were not thick and fluffy. Will only stay there again if absolutely necessary. Not a good experience."

Everything you need on location. Two local convenient stores less than 1/2 mile away. Host was very response. Can't wait to come for another visit."

At least three other catfish broke the lines and our net was not large enough to pull in.Heading on the VRBO listing states 12 bedrooms with 10 baths (don't think there were 10 baths but I did not go through and count). "Check in was horrible. We never heard from the host on check in instructions or access gate code. Messaged him many times. VRBO was able to get us the access code and house key after about 2 1/2 hours after check in time. When I finally received a response, host was indifferent and stated that someone else was supposed to take care of it. The location of the house with waterfront and pier were excellent. The inside was clean except we found two dead roaches. The house needs some work but...
