"They are being bombed so don't know what its really like, but i oaid a lot to stay in a gotel where it was hard to get intk parking, find the person to check in and most of the facilities where closed. Should have been half the price i paid."

"I literally found this flat the day before arrival. Our hosts were two of the finest hosts I have rented from. Very nice apartment. Good design and clean. Perfect for 1-2 people. Metro station and couple large grocery stores within few minutes walk, and nice mini-market across the street, so convenient location and also quiet area. Will definitely stay again next time in Kharkov."

"Great staff and great place. My only gripe was that the showers were not always hot. Thats important to me in the heart of winter. There was no lift (elevator), so maybe not your first choice if you struggle with stairs."

You need to Google for Vodafone Sumska 53 if you want to find the place. This place will not let you in after 20.00 even if you agree beforehand! They said yes no problem, then it turned out it was a problem when I arrived in the Airport. They do not speak English and do not know how to communicate, not even hotels.com could reach them. So please do not...

"Lot of confusion with stuff : room was not ready and they could not find reservation, gave me different room. After moved me to an other room . Check out was terrible! They tried to charge me twice for the breakfast…Just to much hustle there , not good computerized! "
