"There were numerous stains on the bedsheets, quilts, and pillows, which I noticed upon arrival. However, I chose not to report them, as our stay was for only one night. During checkout, the staff inspected the room and accused us of causing the stains. I had to spend considerable time proving that the stains were not fresh but pre-existing, which was evident upon close examination but difficult to convince them of. "Overall a decent hotel. Plenty facilities available for guests. I was staying at room 804 very good size. What i found i that particular room was both batwere not hygienically clean,and had to call reception to provide towels..no tea coffee or milk but kettle and small pot of suger.. .the big question is, would i stay again yes definitely.
