"On the map, the hotel seems pretty close to the airport but if you take the shuttle during rush hour, it takes about 20-25mins one way to the hotel from the aiport. Hotel feels dated but clean and well appointed. We liked the convenience of the Famima that's open 24hrs right in the lobby. It's pretty popular so it can get packed."

"部屋もリニューアルされいて良かった。"

"部屋の古さは気になったが広めの部屋で赤ちゃん連れのお客様を対面するには良かった！ただ設備の古さと整備が不十分で夜間トイレタンクの水が流れっぱなしで修理に来てもらったが治らずやむなく部屋の移動をしなければならなかったのが残念です！"

"Everything was nice the transportation was very good was able to get to where I need to be thanks to the hotel"

"Great location and very nice for the cost"

"よい"

"Very good place to stay just language barrier is a common thing which you need a translator but overall good staff and good stay in my opinion and very clean and close to place to eat and transportation to catch"

"Totally Japanese Emerson"

"Another really nice stay a really nice APA hotel. If the bathroom weren't so cramped and I'd gotten a 2nd proper pillow, I might have given the place 5 stars. Alas, 'twas not to be. **Positives: *Pretty darn close to Chiba Station, which is a surprisingly compact (and easy to navigate) station. *Ample nearby combini. * Bed was pretty comfortable. *Didn't have to pass by the front desk every time I came and left, which I'm learning to appreciate the value in. I don't like feeling 'watched.'...

"Garden room T3 ,, musty & humid"

"This was fine for a one night stay."

"Room was good, clean comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was ok. It could have used a couple of English words for example raw eggs and boiled egg. Hotel was also located close to train and local attractions."

"通路での会話が部屋内まで聞こえて少しうるさく感じた。 チェックインが端末機を使って簡略化されれば、住所の記入等がなくなってより便利。 それ以外は概ね満足です。"
