"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "

Every meal was sensational — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and crafted with care. The quality was genuinely on par with Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve dined in, and we looked forward to every meal. The staff made our stay unforgettable — warm, professional, and always going above and beyond. A special mention to the restaurant team, who made every meal not only delicious but truly enjoyable and memorable. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience. "The apartment was nice with beautiful view. Kitchen was without toaster no ”fairy” and only one tablet for dishwasher. Lack of space to put down your stuff in bathroom. It was my husbands 70th birthday and I asked if I could order something but they said the hotel will bring something which never happened. A chaningroom in spa area would be nice "

"Excellent property. Right on bus route for ski hills. Short walk into town with many restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Easy to get to Kitzbuhel on bus as well. The storage room for equipment was incredible with boot warmers. Rooms were updated and clean. Pool was clean."
