"The pictures posted to advertise this place and rating as 4-star was deceiving. We booked deluxe rooms, on entry the reception area was dark, no proper lighting and looked like we walked into haunted place. On entry to room, all I can smell was cigarettes smoke, room was unkempt, the walls were filthy, peeling of wallpapers or paint, stained chairs, flickering light in the toilet, chipped cups etc.. List gets bigger and bigger, I don't want to waste any further time with a review for this hotel...

"I absolutely loved the stay. The location is stunning, the property is right in front of the backwaters, the verandah is spacious and one can sit and just spent the evening staring at the backwaters. We enjoyed sitting in the verandah in the evening and had a lovely time. The caretaker and her son were very sweet. She made sure every corner of the stay was very clean. It would be nice if some games like Uno or carrom or other card/board games are kept since the top floor is spacious and can be...
