"The staff were friendly and helpful; however, there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom in the room. There were flies coming out of the drains. The cleanliness and odor were not what you would expect from a hotel like Dedeman. Additionally, the breakfast variety was insufficient."

"The staff are excellent here. They went out of their way to ensure we were happy with everything. Our room was spacious and clean. It overlooked the street which we found a little noisy at night due to lots of traffic. The breakfast had lots of different breads, spreads etc.. very good!"
