"スミニャックのメインストリート沿いにあり、周辺へのアクセスがとても良い便利なホテルです。人気スポットのポテトヘッドもすぐ近くで、観光の拠点として申し分ありません。 レストランの料理やドリンクはどれも美味しく、1泊の滞在にもかかわらず、昼食・夕食・朝食、さらにチェックアウト後の昼食まで、計4回も利用してしまうほど気に入りました。 設備にはやや年数を感じる部分もありますが、清掃が丁寧で快適に過ごせました。そして何より印象的だったのは、スタッフの皆さんの素晴らしい笑顔と温かい対応です。いつも親切で優しく接してくださり、滞在中とても癒されました。 宿泊者はオーストラリアやニュージーランドの方が多いようで、少なくとも私たちの滞在中は日本人の宿泊者は見かけませんでした。海外の雰囲気をより強く感じられる点も、このホテルの魅力のひとつだと思います。 総じてコストパフォーマンスが高く、とても満足度の高い滞在でした。"

"All the staff from the cleaners, security and front desk staff were all excellent. They were helpful in every way. Ita at the front desk was extremely helpful. She took care of everything smoothly from start to finish during the length of my stay.The security staff, Sutikno,Sabinus.Ferdi and Lorens always greeted me with a beautiful smile and gave me some good tips on the local food, shopping and sight seeing. I would highly recommend the hotel for everyone."

"Stayed at Sana Vie Villa in Bali and had a great experience overall. The private pool villa was clean, modern, and very relaxing—perfect for a couple’s getaway. The design has a nice mix of luxury and a calm, cozy vibe. The staff were excellent—very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. In-villa breakfast was convenient and a nice touch. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a private, relaxing stay with great service."
