"The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are quite luxurious and comfortable. Bed is top notch, bath big and the shower is great. The location is perfect for exploring Bukhara with the old city just paces away along with many restaurants and shops selling fantastic crafts everywhere.
The staff at Alexia Suites are lifesavers. I forgot my iPad on the bus and when I told Javohir at reception he immediately got on the phone, called the bus company, got the drivers number, and told me to go out and enjoy myself. He’d call when he had something to report and an hour later he gave me some choices on how to get I to the hotel and when I returned it was there. Great service with a nearly impossible task.
The breakfast looked great with many things to eat but I typically don’t have breakfast. WiFi was good and I really enjoyed my stay."
