"Staff at buffet needs more dedicated"

"Todo es maravilloso y hermoso"

"We felt the buffet food was better than the restaurants where you have to make reservations. The elevator wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor. I think for an adults-only resort, there should have been more music or DJ and activities, especially on the weekend, that makes the difference"

"Staff was nice but certain things could be cleaner."

"We stayed here for 6 day in Oct 2027, 1day and 2nd day we had water issue 2nd day was the worst 11 hour without water and they refuse to change room. It take room service 2-3 hour to delivered just towel, staff are not train and it will take them 1 + year to be up to date. avoid until they are fully completed."

"Buena variedad de comida y buenas facilidades"

"Servicio A+"

"We had some issues and had to change rooms 3 times . First room had a view of the garbage dumpsters. The second room was in a building where there was lots of construction going on . The third room was fine. Had some issues with thermostat in the room , coffee maker and the safe. Housekeeping just never showed up one day and the room didn’t get cleaned . No clean towels, etc . Have stayed at much better resorts in punta cana for sure"

"Although it was for kids, it was still a waste of money. Things that the app said would be open weren’t. The staff wasn’t helpful unless they wanted you to do a presentation for a timeshares. The food was disgusting! It was a pageant there, so they closed down a lot of places just for them. everything closed really early & overall this trip was by gary worst out the country experience."

"Beautiful resort. Great amenities"

"Dos cambios de habitación asignados para persona con incapacidad y Los Aires en ambas habitaciones no funcionaban adecuadamente."

"We went to the Excellence Punta Cana and our trip was incredible. The resort was beyond clean. Every aspect of the resort was maintained and cleaned meticulously. All of the restaurants were incredible with amazing wait staff. There was lots of entertainment both day and night. The shows in the evening were great and the activities during the day were vast. The staff around the resort, no matter their title were very engaged with the guests. We had incredible service all week and we were...

"Beautiful resort, friendly staff. Make sure you know some Spanish before visiting, not all of the staff speaks English. I stayed in room 3126 and the AC wasn’t working. I informed the staff, they said it would be fixed but it never got fixed. Food on the resort was ok, not the best but it will keep you full. The pools and beaches are lively and clean. Security at the front gate is very strict. It can be annoying. Went off the resort to go to a party and when I came back, I had to walk from the...
