"This property is very nice, the pool is wonderfull, the beach very good, the staff is super friendly and ready to cover your needs at any time. All areas are keeped super clean. The jacuzzi inside the room is a big plus, but the room are a bit dated and you can see it in tha faucets, shower and electric outlets. We were a big group ( 10 rooms) some its were better than other. Over all we have a good time. "

"The grounds are very amazing! You would love this as soon as you arrive. I believe the “train” could have been operating more to take you all over the property. The attention of the staff could have been better in some restaurant experiences. Not sayin all. But in some. Also when you have a resort credit at check in can you please explain in detail how the credit is spread out amongst a bunch of things. You can’t just utilize in one sitting. "

"Loved this property! Upon arrival, I told the front desk clerk,Willy, it was my boyfriend’s birthday and he made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great and the property is just absolutely beautiful. Now this is no party resort but they made sure they had things to keep us entertained. We went off the resort for excursions anyways so it didn’t affect us!"
