"The staff was very helpful and nice. They let us check in earlier than the regular hour. The buffet breakfast had a variety of options. We ate breakfast on Sunday with Tamales. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Trujillo, Peru."

"Excellent stay here in a beautiful room and when the climate control system was not working in my first room they easily swapped me to another one helping me with my baggage. The quality of the breakfast buffet was fine although they could do a little bit more to make the pre-processed meats and vegetables tastier by adding more fresh herbs. It would have been nicer to have a machine to make freshly ground coffee and espresso options rather than the mediocre coffee. The gym needs to have much more equipment there is room for that. The hotel restaurant itself serves lovely and imaginative meals. "
