"We loved our time staying at Midsummer Barn. The pictures online do not do it justice. It has character and charm. It is spacious and comfortable and well equipped for everything a family needs for time away. There were fresh eggs and cider to welcome us which was a lovely touch. The view is spectacular and the area is very quiet and peaceful. It’s easy access to motorways, but feels miles away. Yvonne was a responsive, gracious host. "We had a lovely stay at Langs. Communication with Trisha was replied to very quickly. The cottage is lovely, beautifully decorated with everything you need for a stay away from home. The welcome hamper was extremely thoughtfully put together with treats for us all. The beds are super comfortable, the house was lovely and cosy (the stairs are quite steep, and there are a few, to be expected I’m sure). Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Trisha for being such a lovely hostess."
