"They do not clean the room even when you request it so our room was left with no towels, no clean sheets and when we asked for them, they never brought them up to us. We had to go downstairs and wait and wait and wait until they gave them to us, I would never ever stay at this place again. It was also extremely loud because it’s right on the highway."

"My husband & I booked 3 nights here for $659 because our friend was getting married nearby. The first red flag-we had ants in our room. They were crawling all over the nightstand between the beds. They were everywhere, we didn't complain. The next day the ants were crawling on the head board, beds, & in my suitcase, which I kept off the floor & on the table in the room. There was also a beetle. Didn't complain. The shower has a mind of its own. Doesn't matter the setting, it will go back & forth...

"We were really disappointed and grossed out by the condition of our room at La Quinta. We booked this hotel last minute before heading out to Lancaster. Check in was easy enough, even though we arrived close to midnight. As soon as we stepped into our room, it had that “smell”. The AC was LOUD! "I’m not sure why this property has an 8.6 rating. It is extremely old and quite dirty. We booked two nights but didn’t stay either night. The reception staff was kind giving us a second room after the first room had a horrific smell. The second room smelled better but had dirty hand prints on the door trim and a musty spell coming from the AC vent. We were not comfortable staying there and had to find another hotel during a very busy weekend."
