"Cute decor and in a great location"

"Great property! Lee was a great host and quick to respond if we had any questions. An adorable welcome basket greeted us when we got there, and even included sunscreen and bug spray. Quality products like shampoo/conditioner/etc were also provided in the bathroom. Beds were comfy. Only thing we didn't know prior was there are steps from the garage to the house. They are lit well at night though!"

"It worked for what we needed. The property was updated but wasn't in great condition. There are switches and plugs that don't function in the same room that you find them. You could tell that they weren't updated with the rest of the house. The outside deck had a bucket half full of dirty water which makes me wonder when was the last time the property was cleaned. "The Grooms Cabin was amazing! My wife and I enjoyed our long weekend in the winter. They kept the snow shoveled during our stay and the place was incredibly clean when we arrived. Bed was very comfortable, hot tub was super nice even during the bitter cold! Highly recommend checking this place out! "

"The cottage was perfect for my sister and I. My son's wedding was at the Lake Nepessing Boat Club, right across the lake! It couldn't have been more convenient. All the amenities were great. Coffee maker and pods, just everything was so nice.Communication with the host was excellent! Quiet neighbors. Super clean. Beautiful spot.Thank you for providing a great little cottage! Highly recommend!"

"The house had all amenities you would need to feel comfortable. The jacuzzi, farm animals, and lake were the perfect added features to make this stay feel like a calming fun vacation. Everything was extra cleaned and well maintained. The communication with the property manager was easy and quick - making the check in and check out process seamless."

"This is a very lovely home. We only stayed over night so we didn’t utilize the amenities. The house is very, very clean including the porch area and grounds. We did hear something (most likely a squirrel) in the wall of the upstairs bedroom but it never showed its face and politely kept quiet overnight."

"Amazing property. Great location and super clean. This is our “go to” rental when visiting family in marlette. Wonderful experience as always."
