"Staff could have been a little more friendlier. We were unsure of where to park when we first arrived as the lot seemed full. We didn't realize there was more parking in the back but the staff didn't let us know this. Our room was spacious and clean; however one of the lampshades was cracked with stains on it. Also the elvator was filthy-fingerprints all over the inside and food on the floor. Overall it was an OK place to stay the night, but we probably would look to stay elsewhere next time. "

"Had an amazing 2 story room. Location was great! I have stayed in this area before but not in this hotel. My room although amazing was 2 hours late after check in time. The front desk staff is not very well trained in customer service and are very slow. All they say is we are trying to do the best we can and we are low on staff. Otherwise the property is very good and excellent location. "

We liked having the hot tub to relax in and we had fun playing pool in the common room. Overall, our room was very comfy and cozy. All the beds other than the sofa bed were comfortable. The kitchenette was very useful, but the fridge was too small."
