"Lovely hotel in a traditional Portuguese village/town. The hotel even provided a packed breakfast when we had to leave at 3:00am for our flight"

"The deluxe villa is ideal for relaxation. Beautiful architecture, interior details and surroundings. Although property is in serious need of TLC - cleaning, painting, fixing up. It is a wonderful place, but not the condition you would expect for 5 star property."

"The couple who run the facility are engaging and very welcoming. We were greeted with a drink of choice and conversation to get to know our hosts as well as them getting to know us. The room was just as promised with a balcony overlooking the pool. We were given great advice on visiting some of the nearby sights. The location was perfect!! I celebrated my birthday while there and the host both greeted me that morning wishing me a Happy Birthday. Fabulous stay!!!"

"We loved and the location was great, lots of things to do places to visit either just a walk or short drive away."

"Gorgeous property in a convenient upscale location. Great front desk staff."

"It was so good and we really enjoyed staying over there. "

"Nice, comfortable, clean space with friendly service walking distance from cafes, restaurants, the main square & lighthouse where the big waves break. Sweeping panoramic views of the beaches below."

"Beautiful setting at the Beachfront area. Great walking, beach, and golf experience. Friendly staff and restaurant folks. Stunning views of the beach and highlands. Thank you for the full moon! Some restaurants and shops closed Sunday/Monday so plan your needs. Lovely stay. Very relaxing."
