He was always patient, kind, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. In addition, we loved the pool and a hot tub with a great view of Kraków. Convenient and comfortable!!

"I hesitated to book this as it’s not directly at the airport but it’s an easy 10min walk on a sidewalk. Dinner was good and promptly served. The included breakfast had many many options to please most taste buds. And most importantly the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in hotels: firm, not sagging soft. Awesome pillows too!! And frankly after a 16hr trip I could have probably fell asleep anywhere, but this was really comfortable, quiet and climate controlled. Rooms were small, but we were staying just one night so didn’t need a larger room. Would def stay there again!!! "
