"Wonderful hosts, very helpful, excellent location!"

"The property was beautiful, the views spectacular. We only stayed one night, and I was really sad, I would've liked to have been able to stay longer. The breakfast could've used more options other than 4 different kinds of cake and a few cold cuts. Staff was wonderful."

"Pretty neat hotel, we loved it!!!"

"Absolutely fantastic location and the waterfront / balcony view rooms were amazing."

"We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly, hotel was in a good location and we enjoyed daily breakfast. "

"Excellent Hotel Metropole! Excellent location, beautiful rooms, and wonderful customer service from the whole staff. The area felt safe and easy to get around on foot, and it was easy to catch the ferry to Portofino. Highly recommend!!"

"Clean room, hotel good proximity to beach. Bit of a walk uphill but OK. Staff friendly & breakfast was adequate although they need to amend the charge from advertised $10 euro to $15 euro on their website!!"

"2 minute walk from the train station, Very clean room with access to the terrace. Definitely recommend:)"

"Beautiful grand hotel. Rooms were ok, but the common areas were wonderful. Great breakfast and very helpful staff."

"Our superior room was very nice with large windows, but brochure indicated there would be a balcony. Nice quiet room. There were several steps up to lobby entrance making it a little difficult with luggage."
