"I was wandering why it was called sonesta resort hotel I didn’t see anything resembling a resort"

"We got the opportunity to get a paid upgraded room and ended up on the highest floor in a junior suite with the views of the ocean! Floor to ceiling glass panels and ( slightly tricky to operate) automatic curtains made it magical especially the sunset! Breakfast was well catered for with a variety of food. The beds were super comfortable. Located about a 10 minute to the middle of Miraflores the location was perfect. And it was only about a 6 minute walk to the famed Maido restaurant( review in...

"Amazing stay, great staff!"

"A great location in Miraflores! This hotel is close by to a lot of nice restaurants and shopping and a quick walk to the parks and coastline. I truly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was a wonderful spread, that tasted very good for a hotel breakfast. The staff was always so helpful and kind."

"Muy buen hotel, comida y atención"

"The service was excellent, the staff very courteous and cordial, the rooms very clean, and the breakfast buffet varied and pleasant. The only terrible thing was the toilet paper—it was of poor quality. Otherwise, it was excellent."

"o"

"The staff was super helpful and friendly. The bathroom in our room didn’t look too clean and the room smelled musky."
