"The hotel was very clean, modern decor and comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good selection but was busy at points. Pool area was great and provided shade with no problems with getting a sunbed. Issues were the parking, only a few spaces available, parking had to be on street which was often hard to find. The location is a few miles from main centre so would need a car. Also be careful when booking with Expedia as they advertise rooms with a sea view and this is not the case"

"Location is excellent, room very clean, all staff very professional if we needed anything it was sorted straight away , would be nice if there was parking but we managed to get street parking. Food was well cooked but a bit the same most evenings. Would stay again if we were going back to Cala Millor."

"My husband and I celebrated my Birthday at this beautiful property 4 days ago. This Property is break taking! 10/10 in all areas. The staff was warm and welcoming, food was amazing and the hotel is extremely beautiful and relaxing. If you are considering booking, just do it!! We will definitely be returning."

"Room was cleaned but small, parking was limited at the hotel therefore if you have a vehicle 80% of the time you would need to park in city property behind the hotel."

"Really enjoyed our stay, room and hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful."

Colazione dolce e salata. Clientela prevalentemente inglese tedesca ed est Europa. Qualità prezzo imbattibile"

"The pool area is lovely however did not appreciate the life guard spitting on the floor when walking round. Last year we stayed here and we were able to grab a croissant before the dining room fully opened as we had an early flight. This year asked the dining room staff if we could grab a roll and was told no and to get out of the dining room even though it was only 5 minutes before official opening. Thought this was a little disappointing. Breakfast not bad and quite a nice choice and fresh....

"Great hotel, very quiet and luxurious"

"Had the manager come into the breakfast room to say hello to everyone BUT my table… I brought this up at check out and her excuse was because I was eating she didn’t want to disturb - mind you the breakfast room is at MOST 8 small tables ( very intimate) while the other guests were eating she had lovely conversations with every single one of them BUT me. Terrible terrible customer service… they pick and choose who to give great service to. Overall beautiful stunning property & would love to...
