Great place

This was a nice hotel with a big room. The bed was a queen sized bed and the bath was full sized with tub shower combo. It had a kitchenette with sink stove, microwave, flatware, plates and cups, pots and pans, and electric teapot like I had in my other French hotels that heated water about as fast as I can microwave a cup of water for tea at home. This is one of those places you land upon by some stroke of luck. We would go back in a heart beat and wished we'd had more time (and better weather) with which to enjoy the location.

I was surprised considering the location how quiet my room was. Very comfortable bed. The staff was excellent. I did not eat at the hotel and due to the location, food was difficult to find.

Wonderful stay at Carole’s beautiful home. She was amazing, friendly, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her home is stunning with so many beautiful and thoughtful details. The rooms were great, beds super comfy, and clean. Would recommend 100%

From the street, this B&B type accommodation presents itself as an old hotel which appears to be under renovation, but the facade opens into a courtyard with a guest building with perhaps 3-4 rooms on the second floor and a lounge and breakfast area down stairs. Our room was large and comfortable with a fully remodeled bathroom. It was very quiet and very French in it's character. The owner helped us with reservations for a delightful restaurant called La Maison C about 10 minutes walk down...

Lovely place and air conditioned in a great—but noisy!!—location by the port. We had to keep our windows closed at night and still it was very loud and rowdy until all hours. No parking on site and no elevator, but the staff were super helpful with the luggage and we had a very pleasant stay. Vannes is lovely and walkable and still pretty crowded with tourists in mid-September. Not a word of English heard on the streets!

Our hosts were fantastic. Very informative of the area. They helped us with finding great restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel and the location is perfect in Angers!!!
