"The restaurant staff is amazing the front attendants are nice. The rooms are okay, halls are dirty, you can hear EVERYTHING, including the couples in other rooms, and all of the street noise like it's in the room with you and they closed the balcony suddenly without explanation before we could use it even once over 4 days. I would not stay again but would recommend the dining."

"Great"

"The hotel and room are clean, but they’ve seen better days. WiFi was so bad that it was practically unusable. Don’t stay here expecting to do work or stream anything to your devices. Having said all that, the location is excellent and the hotel offered a nice discount at the attached restaurant."

"Amazing. 2nd time staying here was better than the 1st. Five Stars"

"Nice room great service"

"Breakfast was cold. Elevators were broken the entire time we were there. Our cards quit working. Staff working were new, had no idea how to fix it via laptop charger. Will not stay there again."

"La atención, ubicación dormitorios muy limpios!"

"It was a great location. The hotel could use a little updating. Don't expect to walk into a holiday inn. I think the only place they say, "Holiday inn" is on the rug when you walk through the door. Not like any holiday inn i've ever stayed at. Also, the picture on the website is very misleading. When our driver dropped us off at the door I was wondering where he was letting us off at. Doesn't even look like a hotel entrance."

"Very unique place with a great location. Def would stay again."

"Clean room, easy location for Halloween festivities. There was a little noise outside, but we travel with our own white noise machine. No complaints!"

"Excellent"

"I picked this property for the parking only because I had our bikes on the back of our car. You have to pay for valet parking but it was worth it for us. What made us give this an excellent rating was Ashley who worked at the front desk. She made the check in process a delight. It’s nice to be greeted by a helpful and fun staff all of them were great."

"Ahmazing staff, very very good customer service Cleaning crew is also top notch Property was in the perfect distance from the craziness We had two balconies which was super nice to have in room 302 A cute fridge Comfy bed Lots of free water bottles if needed They also called the taxi for us when we left What else do you need ? Very impressed and we will definitely stay again"

"Hotel is in an excellent location walking 10 min to most of the french quarter. Also easy access to aiport buses and all transport locally. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are renovated and satisfactory in every way. There are no perks in the hotel. One detraction was the fact that the stairwells were a storage location for various construction materials and dirty also. No construction going on that I ever saw."

"I went for my birthday the staff was helpful very nice the room was spotless no issues at all and the breakfast was good no complaints.."

"Quaint and charming hotel in the middle of everything. Easy walking access to many activities, shopping and restaurants, while still providing quiet peaceful time when you need it. The room was cute, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"Friendly staff. Food fresh and hot. Very helpful."
