"Room #1. Toilet constantly running, A/C stuck at 58 degrees, safe that didn’t work and shower curtain rod about to fall off. Room #2. No shade in the window, safe not working and shower curtain rod coming off the wall and a used k cup in the keurig. Ambivalent and apathetic staff couldn’t care less. Said they’d fix stuff, nodded their heads and probably laughed."

"While the staff and the hotel were exelent. I have to point out that things went missing from my room and i had to return home without some gifts i had purchased for my family ..other than that....."

"I was there for a wedding. Got in very late and had no issues checking in. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They even helped me find a place to get a manicure. Door man was very animated and helpful. Good things to say every time."

"Great location and enjoyed the friendly staff."

"Room and hallways were very clean, well lighted. Restaurant food was excellent and prices were reasonable. Great location near the Dome and French quarter. Lived up to my expectations."

"Didn't care that you had to pay for a bottle of water that's in the room."

"Our stay was wonderful!! The staff has been so helpful and pleasant every single day. Having the kitchen, microwave and fridge was so helpful. Also the laundry facilities were very nice. We really appreciate the free breakfast every morning and the food has been great!! Thank you!!!"

"Checked in at 11:30, was overcharged for night, then overcharged for cruise parking. No service at check out."

"Such a quaint place, really inviting courtyards, the rooms were surprisingly quiet for being in the French quarter Beds were comfy, front desk and manager were so helpful! I only wish there was a little bit more offering/variety on the breakfast buffet (ie: bananas, hard boiled eggs, there was no yogurt the first 2 mornings, more bread options)"

"The staff was beyond helpful, at check in they helped carry our bags up the stairs to our room."
