"Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – absolut kundenunfreundlich Unser geplanter Aufenthalt im Hotel Mürz vom 09.09.25 bis 16.09.25 wurde durch eine völlig inakzeptable Situation massiv beeinträchtigt. Aufgrund einer angeblichen Überbuchung mussten wir unser Zimmer räumen – zugunsten sogenannter Stammgäste. Uns wurde lediglich angeboten, für die letzte Nacht in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln. "Due to unexpected bad luck we had to look for a new holiday address. The response speed and handling was really good. Once we arrived we were warmly welcomed and we had a great time. There were many possibilities in the area, which were also described in a book. The children used the adjacent camping swimming pool. In short, a wonderful week in a nice place with nice accommodation."
