"This hotel was easy to get to, underground parking is available but pretty pricey. Hotel staff and hotel was okay, nothing extraordinary. This was the most expensive hotel out of the 10 we stayed during our European roadtrip. It was clean enough, bathroom floors could use a better mopping. The hotel is walking distance to the touristy areas but not a nice walk. We walked to town late and night and it didnt feel 100% safe. Didn't try thw breakfast because found it was overpriced. "It was quite warm, the outside door couldn’t open completely (defect) so the heat stayed inside (no airco). Employees are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was okay, it was croudy and not everything that should be warm wasn’t warm. "

"We arrived around 11.30pm as we drove up from Berlin. We called in advance and was notified of our room hence when we got to the front desk (there was no one there), we could pick up our keys and head towards our room with ease. The room was extremely clean with bedding and towels. We checked out at approximately 9.45am as we were heading to Heide Park. "It's a good, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant /bar isn't open under the current circumstances (Covid), however the hotel is only 20min walk to the city centre. "
