"We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. "Very nice place. Great space and pool. Really enjoyed the evenings by the poolside when we got back from our day. All of the staff were great, friendly, and professional. The only set back I had is when I got stuck in the elevator for a while until they found the right key. Other than that, I would stay again. "

"The only good thing I can say is the wifi working somehow and we got a place to sleep for a night. We booked 2 rooms and both were dirty.Bed sheets were dirty, looks like its not been changed for a while, Upon notifying the receptation, they said - " We just changed it yesterday, you can't get cleaner then this, this is how it works here". We were surprise to hear that. Bad food. The only reason we booked here is for free parking,But next time, we rather park our car on the street. Bad choice,...

"We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. Since there were very few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast buffet. That's ok, but the menu offering was very meager. They also managed to ensure that the tea was only served after all the other breakfast had already been there. The question about booking a car for onward travel was very reluctant to be heard; there was no way to help. The neighboring hotel, where we were not guests, was very kind about this. All in all very disappointing and totally overpriced."
